Urban Logistics REIT plc (LON:SHED), the only London listed REIT offering a focused exposure to single-let, last mile/last touch logistics real estate, will host a Site Visit and Capital Markets Event today, at which analysts and professional investors will visit two of the Company’s assets, tenanted by Anglian Water and 2Exel, in Peterborough.

The tour will be followed by presentations by the Company’s Investment Adviser.  The presentations and site visit are intended to give greater insight into how Urban Logistics drives value through active asset management. No new material information will be given.

A copy of the presentation materials will be available on Urban Logistics REIT’s website ahead of the event, and a recording of the presentations will be made available on the Company’s website following the event.
