Zotefoams plc (LON:ZTF), a world leader in cellular materials technology, has today announced the appointment of Jonathan Carling as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 2 January 2018. Jonathan will become a member of the Audit, Nominations and Remuneration Committees on the same date.

 

Jonathan is currently the CEO of Tokamak Energy, a technology business developing a faster route to fusion power.  Jonathan, who was previously COO, Civil Large Engines at Rolls Royce plc, COO at Aston Martin Lagonda Limited, and Chief Engineer with Jaguar Landrover Limited, brings extensive engineering, operational and business experience to Zotefoams.  He was also a Non-Executive Director of Aga Rangemasters plc between 2011 and 2015.  There is no further information to disclose pursuant to LR 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules.

 

After ten years on the Zotefoams Board, Richard Clowes, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director will be not be seeking re-election to the Board at the AGM in May 2018.
