TEAM Asset Management offers investors a flexible global growth strategy

Team plc

TEAM Asset Management, part of TEAM plc, gives investors access to a global multi-asset strategy managed by a team with more than 150 years of combined investment experience.

The strategy is designed for long-term capital growth. It does this by investing mainly in equities, while also using alternatives and a small cash allocation to help manage risk and respond to market conditions.

The portfolio typically holds more than 70% in equities, around 20% to 25% in alternatives, and between 0% and 5% in cash. These allocations can change over time as markets move and opportunities develop.

The equity allocation is intended to capture opportunities across global markets. The alternatives allocation can help diversify the portfolio and reduce reliance on equities alone. The cash allocation gives the managers some flexibility when conditions change.

The managers are not locked into a fixed structure. They can adjust the portfolio when market risks or opportunities shift. TEAM Asset Management also places importance on timely execution.

TEAM plc (LON:TEAM) is building a new wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group. With a focus on the UK, Crown Dependencies and International Finance Centres, the strategy is to build local businesses of scale around TEAM’s core skill of providing investment management services.
