TEAM plc raises £1.11 million in fundraise

TEAM plc, the wealth, asset management and complementary financial services group, has confirmed that, further to its announcement on 28 March 2024, it has raised the full £400,000 pursuant to the Subscription. Including the Placing, the Fundraise has therefore raised an aggregate £1.11 million (before expenses) for the Company, by way of the issue of 5,550,000 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price.

The WRAP Retail Offer to raise up to £750,000 through the issue of up to 3,750,000 new Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price remains open until 11 April 2024.

The Fundraise and WRAP Retail Offer are conditional on the Company obtaining the requisite approvals from Shareholders at TEAM’s annual general meeting to be held on 17 April 2024.
